What are the income and credit requirements?

Barclays (The issuer of the Visa Black Card) have sent this out to people in the high 600 and 700+ range. As far as income, it has been reported that $15,000 (seriously) is the requirement. If you have ever applied for or have a Platinum Plus credit card, this card (according to Visa) is at this tier level. From people who have applied for this card I have heard reports of credit lines ranging from $10,000 to $50,000. With typical credit lines of $10-20,000 on average.
