No Checked Bag Fees Credit Card Offers

Many airlines credit card offers have an annual fee, and here is how you can pay for that. Most importantly if these cards waive the fee the first year, you can really get money ahead. The cards below offer no baggage fees when using their card to book the airfare. We have looked at each airlines page to determine how many people can be excluded from the fees as well. Checked baggage fees can run from about $25-50 per person on average, so if two people are flying round-trip that's $50-100 (and that's if you only check 1 bag each)

Delta Skymiles Card - Check up to 9 Bags Free

Reservation must include the Basic Cardmember's SkyMiles number. Fee waiver also available for passengers traveling in the same reservation as the Basic Cardmember. Maximum nine waivers per reservation. New Cardmembers and Cardmembers upgrading from another Delta SkyMiles Credit Card product will be eligible for the checked baggage fee waiver benefit after receiving their Card from American Express. Citi Gold AAdvantage World Mastercard - Free Checked Bags American Airlines

The following passengers will be allowed a 1st and/or 2nd checked bag at no additional charge provided it falls within the size and weight limitations. These free checked bag allowances apply on flights operated by American Airlines, American Eagle, and AmericanConnection®. On codeshare flights operated by other carriers, the baggage allowance and charges of the operating carrier apply. • For tickets purchased on or after September 14, 2009, customers traveling to, from, or through an international destination that does not include Europe or India

Chase Continental One Pass Credit Card / United Mileage Plus - Up to 8 Checked Bags

Eligible Credit Cardmembers will get their applicable checked bags free on flights operated by Continental or United; codeshare flights are not eligible. The primary Cardmember's OnePass account number must be listed in the reservation, and the Cardmember must purchase the tickets with their Continental Airlines Chase Credit Card. Up to eight customers traveling with the eligible primary credit Cardmember will also get their applicable checked bags free if they are listed in the same reservation.
