Fixed Low Rate Credit Card Offers

Currently there are no fixed low interest credit cards, almost every credit card on the market today is offering a variable interest rate. What this means is that the interest rate fluctuates as an index like the prime rate moves. Usually these cards add a margin to the prime rate (Example: prime + 8.9% and the prime rate = 3 then the variable rate would be 11.9%) when the prime rate moves up the interest will move up, and vise-versa when it moves down.
